1、 Product Overview
DFP floating coil heat exchanger is a new type of heat exchange equipment that integrates the characteristics of volumetric and semi volumetric floating coil heat exchangers. This equipment adopts efficient floating coils as heat transfer elements and enhanced heat transfer technology, which solves the problems of low heat transfer efficiency, low volume utilization, easy scaling, and poor maintenance performance of the original volumetric and semi volumetric heat exchangers. It has the characteristics of large water storage capacity, good thermal stability, high heat transfer efficiency, large temperature drop of heat medium, automatic descaling, low shell side resistance, and uniform hot water temperature. After testing, its thermal performance and structural design have reached the advanced level of similar domestic products.
2、 Performance characteristics
1. The amount of heat generated is large. The DFP type floating coil heat exchanger adopts advanced foreign technology, uses high-quality copper floating coils and enhanced heat transfer measures, increases the disturbance of heated water and heat medium, enhances heat transfer, improves heat transfer efficiency, and results in a large temperature drop of heat medium and high water production.
2. It can automatically remove scale. Due to the different coefficients of thermal expansion between the wall of the floating coil and the scale during heat exchange, the scale will automatically detach with temperature changes.
3. Reasonable organization of water flow. There is no cold water zone and stagnant water zone, and the water level is uniform and consistent.
4. Heat medium has a wide range of applications. The heat medium of this device is saturated steam or high/low temperature hot water.
