1、 Circulating system:
The control system calculates the current set value of the outlet temperature of the heat exchanger based on the current operating control curve and the measured outdoor temperature. The actual outlet temperature is compared with this set value to control the opening and closing degree of the temperature control valve, which is continuously adjusted. Under the control of the temperature control valve, steam or high-temperature water is sent to the high-efficiency heat exchanger according to the required flow rate of the heating system, and the heat is transferred to the heated water through the high-efficiency heat exchanger. After cooling, it enters the condensate tank for recycling. The heated water first flows through a Y-shaped filter for filtration, and then through a circulating high-efficiency heat exchanger for heat exchange before being supplied to users. One circulating water pump is in use and one is on standby, working alternately and can be switched at regular intervals.
2、 Water replenishment system:
The water replenishment pump operates automatically under the set system pressure, and automatically replenishes water when the system is short of water, ensuring stable system pressure and normal operation.
3、 Control system:
(1) Circulating pump control cabinet
The circulating pump operates in a standby mode with two pumps, one in use and one as backup, serving as each other's backup; During operation, when a pump malfunctions, the faulty pump will be automatically powered off, while the other pump will be automatically started and an audible and visual alarm will be issued to prompt maintenance.
(2) Water replenishment pump control cabinet
Two water replenishment pumps are controlled by power frequency or variable frequency, and start and run alternately; When the flow rate of one pump is insufficient, it will automatically add a pump and switch to dual pump operation; When a single pump is running, if there is a malfunction in the running pump, the faulty pump will be automatically powered off, and another pump will be automatically started with an audible and visual alarm. When overpressure or undervoltage is detected, it can sound and light an alarm, and can release overpressure.
